Reaction Steps
Using alkylation method A, 3-chloro-N-[1-(4-pyridinyl)-2-(piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)ethyl]-1H-indole-6-carboxamide (67 mg, 0.16 mmol) and acetone (2 mL, 27 mmol) afforded 35 mg (47%) of the title compound.
