The subtitle product was prepared from the product of step (ii) and 1-methyluracil (0.36 g) according to the method of example 42 step (iv). Purification was by biotage chromatography on silica eluting with 5% methanol in dichloromethane with 1% 0.880 ammonia present to give a white solid.
