The title compound was prepared by a similar process to that described for Intermediate 17 but using 6-[4-(3-bromophenyl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl]-4-(methylthio)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine (Intermediate 58) in place of 6-(1-methyl-4-phenyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4-(methylthio)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine (example 7).
