7.4 g of 2-(1,2-dichlorovinyloxy)phenylsulfonyl-isocyanate and 3.9 g of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine are heated to 70°-80° C. in 60 ml of absolute dioxane for 3 hours. After cooling the mixture is treated with activated carbon, filtered and evaporated to 1/5 of the original volume. From the residue crystallise 9.4 g of N-[2-(1,2-Dichlorovinyloxy)phenylsulfonyl]-N'-(4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)urea, m.p. 199°-200° C.
