2-[1-(1,4-Dioxaspiro[4,5]dec-8-ylmethyl)-4-phenyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl][1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-amine (Example 178) (634 mg) was dissolved in MeCN (10 mL) and water (10 mL) and TFA (0.5 mL) was added. After 48 hours at ambient temperature, the title compound was obtained by preparative RPHPLC (eluting with a gradient of water and MeCN containing 0.1% TFA) as a colourless solid (570 mg, 99%);
