A mixture of tert-butyl ({2-[({[(2S,5R)-6-(benzyloxy)-7-oxo-1,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-yl]carbonyl}amino)oxy]ethyl}sulfamoyl)carbamate 79 (0.35 g, 0.67 mmol) and Pd/C (10%, 0.12 g) in methanol (10 mL) was hydrogenated at 1 atm at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was filtered through Celite pad and concentrated to provide 80 (0.25 g, 88.96) as a white foam.
