In a manner analogous to that described in Example 19a), the palladium-catalyzed coupling of (R)-5-[5-(5,5-dimethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborinan-2-yl)-2,4-difluoro-phenyl]-6,6-difluoro-5,7,7-trimethyl-[1,4]oxazepan-3-one (intermediate D1.1) and 2-chloro-5,6-difluorobenzo[d]oxazole yielded the title compound (74% yield) as a white powder. MS (ISP): m/z=459.2 [M+H]+.
