As described for example 288, 6-[3-(5-fluoro-pyridin-2-yl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid (50 mg, 0.15 mmol) was converted, using morpholine instead of 4-aminotetrahydropyran, to the title compound (55 mg, 91%) which was obtained as a colourless gum. MS: m/e=399.1 [M+H]+.
