Reaction Steps
As described for example 301, [6-[3-(5-chloro-pyridin-2-yl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid methyl ester (108 mg, 0.3 mmol) was converted, using thiomorpholine instead of 4-aminotetrahydropyran to the title compound (76 mg, 59%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=431.3 [M+H]+.
