As described for example 15, 6-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid (33 mg, 0.1 mmol) was converted, using 6-oxa-1-aza-spiro[3.3]heptane instead of 3-methoxypropylamine, to the title compound (15 mg, 35%) which was obtained as a colourless gum. MS: m/e=392.3 [M+H]+.
