Prepared as in Example 15 from (R)-2-(((4-amino-2,2-dioxido-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazin-5-yl)oxy)methyl)piperidinium hydrochloride (Example 15a) and cyclopentyl carboxylic acid in 25% yield. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz, 80° C.): 1.40 (m, 1H), 1.53 (m, 2H), 1.63 (m, 8H), 1.77 (m, 4H), 3.00 (m, 1H), 3.97 (br m, 1H), 4.20 (m, 1H), 4.50 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 5.06 (br s, 1H), 6.67 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.84 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.43 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.80 (br s, 2H), 10.6 (br s, 1H). MS=407 (MH+).
