The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method of Example 1, from 2-bromo-6-fluoromethylpyridine (93 mg, 0.49 mmol) and 2-but-3-ynyl-7-fluoro-2H-indazole (84 mg, 0.45 mmol). Reaction time: 6 hours. The crude residue was purified by flash chromatography (cyclohexane/AcOEt 3:2) to yield 17 mg (57 μmol, 13%) of 7-fluoro-2-(4-(6-(fluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)but-3-ynyl)-2H-indazole as a brown solid.
