The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method of Example 184, from 4-(6-(fluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)but-3-yn-1-amine (39 mg, 0.22 mmol) and 2,6-dichlorobenzoyl chloride (60 mg, 0.28 mmol). The crude residue was purified by flash chromatography (cyclohexane/AcOEt 7:3) to yield 21 mg (0.06 mmol, 27%) of 2,6-dichloro-N-(4-(6-(fluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)but-3-ynyl)benzamide as a yellow oil.
