20 mg triphenylphosphinpalladium(II)chloride and 5 mg cupper(I)iodide were added to 100 mg 2-(5-bromo-3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-(1,2,4)triazol-1-yl]-1-(4-pyridin-2-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethanone, 250 μl triethylamine and 45 mg ethynyl-benzene acid in 5 mL tetrahydrofuran. The reaction was stirred 2 h at 70° C. The reaction was filltered and evaporated. The residue was purified by HPLC to give 5 mg desired product. Rt: 1.24 min (method B), (M+H)+: 467
