{5-Chloro-2-[(R)-4-(2-1-BOC-piperazin-4-yl-ethyl)-4,5-dihydro-thiazol-2-yl]-1H-indol-7-yl}-cyclopentyl-amine prepared in Step A was dissolved in dichloromethane (50 mL). 4N hydrochloric acid ethyl acetate solution (1.3 mL, 5.28 mmol) was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred for 4 h at room temperature. After completion of the reaction, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was recrystallized from DCM and ethylether to give the title compound (125 mg, Yield 55%).
