Reaction Steps
(2-{(R)-4-[2-((S)-3-amino-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-ethyl]-4,5-dihydro-thiazol-2-yl}-5-chloro-1H-indol-7-yl)-(tetrahydro-pyran-4-yl)-amine (85 mg, 0.19 mmol) prepared in Example 170 was dissolved in dichloromethane (10 mL). Diisopropylethylamine (0.13 mL, 0.75 mmol) and acetylchloride (0.013 mL, 0.19 mmol) were added thereto, and the mixture was stirred for 30 min at room temperature. The reaction was quenched by water, and the reaction mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and filtered. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and the residue was purified by column chromatography to give the title compound (39 mg, Yield 42%).
