Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonamide (123 mg, 0.199 mmol) prepared in Example 21b, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL) and dichloromethane (1.0 mL), to yield the title compound (50.0 mg, 54%) as a colorless solid.
