Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,5-difluoro-N-(2-fluoropyrimidin-4-yl)-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}benzenesulfonamide (648 mg, 0.13 mmol) prepared in Example 24c, triethylsilane (0.11 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (0.13 g) and dichloromethane (1.3 mL), to yield the title compound (0.06 g, 78%) as a colorless solid.
