Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (0.27 g, 0.47 mmol) prepared in Example 29b, triethylsilane (0.38 mL, 2.36 mmol), trifluoroacetic acid (0.47 g, 0.44 mmol) and dichloromethane (5.0 mL), to yield the title compound (0.21 g, 22%) as a colorless solid.
