Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,3-difluoro-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (0.050 g, 0.09 mmol) prepared in Example 40a, triethylsilane (0.07 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (0.09 mL) and dichloromethane (0.9 mL), to yield the title compound (0.040 g, 86%) as a colorless solid.
