Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,5-difluoro-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cycloheptyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (50 mg, 0.0815 mmol) prepared in Example 42a, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL) and dichloromethane (1.0 mL), to yield the title compound (32 mg, 85%) as a colorless solid.
