Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-ethyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-2-fluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (0.51 g, 0.85 mmol) prepared in Example 45a, triethylsilane (0.68 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (0.85 mL) and dichloromethane (8.5 mL), to yield the title compound (333.4 mg, 88%) as a colorless solid.
