Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using 3-cyano-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (0.090 g, 0.15 mmol) prepared in Example 56a, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL) and dichloromethane (1.0 mL), to yield the title compound (43 mg, 64%) as a colorless solid.
