Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 5-cyano-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (32.3 mg, 0.0545 mmol) prepared in Example 62d, triethylsilane (0.20 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (2.0 mL) and dichloromethane (2.0 mL), to yield the title compound (21.5 mg, 89%) as a colorless solid.
