Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-3-methyl-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (175.6 mg, 0.29 mmol) prepared in Example 66a, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (0.5 mL) and dichloromethane (2.0 mL), to yield the title compound (122 mg, 93%) as a colorless solid.
