Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 14b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)pyrimidin-4-amine (1.00 g, 4.07 mmol) prepared in Example 14a, 3-chloro-2,4-difluorobenzenesulfonyl chloride (1.51 g, 6.11 mmol), 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (0.69 g, 6.11 mmol) and THF (20 mL), to yield the title compound (0.983 g, 53%) as a colorless amorphous solid.
