Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 22c by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-5-methyl-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)-4-({(1S*,2R*)-2-[1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]cyclohexyl}oxy)benzenesulfonamide (150 mg, 0.22 mmol) prepared in Example 81a, triethylsilane (0.15 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.5 mL), dichloromethane (1.5 mL) and methanol (1.5 mL), to yield the title compound (70 mg, 72%) as a colorless solid.
