Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 4-{[(1S*,2R*)-5,5-difluoro-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-5-methyl-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (172 mg, 0.272 mmol) prepared in Example 90a, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (0.5 mL) and dichloromethane (3.0 mL), to yield the title compound (131 mg, 99%) as a colorless solid.
