Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-4,4-dimethyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-2,5-difluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (309 mg, 0.504 mmol) prepared in Example 93f, triethylsilane (0.30 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (3.0 mL) and dichloromethane (3.0 mL), to yield the title compound (212 mg, 91%) as a colorless solid.
