Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-3,3-dimethyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-2,5-difluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (263 Mg, 0.429 mmol) prepared in Example 99d, triethylsilane (0.30 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (3.0 mL) and dichloromethane (3.0 mL), to yield the title compound (178 mg, 90%) as a colorless solid.
