Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 4-{[(1S*,2R,4R*)-4-(benzyloxy)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,5-difluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (137 mg, 0.194 mmol) prepared in Example 112b, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL) and dichloromethane (1.0 mL), to yield the title compound (108 mg, 70%) as a colorless solid.
