Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,5-difluoro-4-{[(1S*,2R*,4S*)-4-methoxy-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (60.0 mg, 0.0975 mmol) prepared in Example 120d, triethylsilane (0.10 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL) and dichloromethane (1.0 mL), to yield the title compound (40.0 mg, 88%) as a colorless solid.
