Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1a by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,5-difluoro-4-{[(1S*,2R*,4R*)-4-hydroxy-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (120 mg, 0.199 mmol) prepared in Example 121c, dimethyl sulfate (18.8 μL, 0.199 mmol), sodium hydride (63%; 11.1 mg, 0.291 mmol) and THF (2.0 mL), to yield the title compound (65.0 mg, 53%) as a colorless oil.
