Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 4-{[(1S*,2R*)-4,4-difluoro-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-5-methyl-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (171 mg, 0.277 mmol) prepared in Example 133a, triethylsilane (0.30 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (2.0 mL) and dichloromethane (3.0 mL), to yield the title compound (106 mg, 82%) as a colorless solid.
