Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 5-chloro-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)-4-({(1S*,2R*)-2-[1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]cyclopentyl}oxy)benzenesulfonamide (126 mg, 0.187 mmol) prepared in Example 140a, triethylsilane (0.30 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (2.0 mL) and dichloromethane (3.0 mL), to yield the title compound (63 mg, 77%) as a colorless solid.
