Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 5-chloro-4-{[(1S*,2R*)-4,4-difluoro-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (316 mg, 0.495 mmol) prepared in Example 146a, triethylsilane (0.30 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (2.0 mL) and dichloromethane (3.0 mL), to yield the title compound (237 mg, 98%) as a colorless solid.
