Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 1b by using the 4-{[(1S*,2R*,5R*)-5-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-5-chloro-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (59.0 mg, 0.0791 mmol) prepared in Example 160b, triethylsilane (0.050 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (0.50 mL) and dichloromethane (1.0 mL), to yield the title compound (9.5 mg, 25%) as a colorless solid.
