Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 120c by using the 4-{[(1S*,2R*,4S*)-4-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl) silyl]oxy}-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-5-chloro-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (81.5 mg, 0.109 mmol) prepared in Example 162g, tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride (1.0 M solution in THF; 0.218 mL, 0.218 mmol) and THF (5.0 mL), to yield the title compound (66.5 mg, 89%) as a colorless oil.
