Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 120c by using the 4-{[(1R,2S,4S)-4-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)cyclohexyl]oxy}-5-chloro-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (272 mg, 0.364 mmol) prepared in Example 164b, tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride (1.0 M solution in THF; 0.729 mL, 0.729 mmol) and THF (5.0 mL), to yield the title compound (189 mg, 82%) as a colorless amorphous solid.
