Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 147e by using the N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-fluoro-4-({(1R,2S)-2-[1-(methoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]cyclohexyl}oxy)-5-methyl-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (144 mg, 0.230 mmol) prepared in Example 170a, triethylsilane (0.184 mL), dichloromethane (1.0 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL), methanol (15 mL) and 6 M hydrochloric acid (5.0 mL), to yield the title compound (51.7 mg, 52%) as a colorless solid.
