To a solution of N-[[1-allyl-4-(hydroxymethyl)-3-thiazol-5-yl-pyrrolidin-3-yl]carbamothioyl]benzamide (60 mg, 150 μmoles) in tetrahydrofuran (1 mL) at 0° C. is added triphenylphosphine (80 mg, 30 μmoles) and di-t-butyl azodicarboxylate (88 mg, 30 μmoles). The mixture is stirred for 30 minutes at 0° C., warmed to room temperature and stirred for 1 hour. The mixture is concentrated and purified over silica gel eluting with methanol/dichloromethane (0-5%) to give the title product (26 mg, 70 μmoles, 45%). ES/MS (m/e): 385 (M+H).
