(4-(2-(5-Amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)-3-methylphenyl)(piperazin-1-yl)methanone was prepared from 4-(2-(5-amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)-3-methylbenzoyl chloride (Example 116/Step 2) and piperazine following the procedures described for Example 117. 1H NMR (methanol-d4): δ 8.66 (s, 1H), 8.55 (s, 1H), 8.19 (d, 1H), 7.38 (s, 1H), 7.21-7.23 (m, 2H), 7.10-7.15 (m, 2H), 3.66 (br, 6H), 3.08-3.18 (m, 6H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 2.30 (s, 3H). LRMS [M+H]=440.2
