(2R)-2-(1-(4-(2-(5-amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)phenyl)ethylamino)propan-1-ol was prepared from 1-(4-(2-(5-amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)phenyl)ethanone (from Example 171) and (R)-2-aminopropan-1-ol (commercially available) following the procedures described for Example 182. 1H NMR (Acetone-d6): δ: 8.94 (m, 2H), 8.45 (m, 1H), 7.64 (d, 2H), 7.59 (s, 1H), 7.55 (br s, 2H), 7.41 (m, 3H), 4.65 (m, 1H), 3.81 (m, 1H), 3.35 (t, 2H), 3.25 (t, 2H), 2.56 (s, 3H), 1.73 (m, 3H), 1.29 (d, 3H), 1.23 (d, 3H). LRMS [M+H]=415.2
