((2S)-1-(1-(4-(2-(5-Amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)phenyl)ethyl)pyrrolidin-2-yl)methanol was prepared from 1-(4-(2-(5-amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)phenyl)ethanone (from Example 171) and (S)-pyrrolidin-2-ylmethanol (commercially available) following the procedures described for Example 182, 1H NMR (Acetone-d6) TFA Salt: δ 8.83 (s, 1H), 8.80 (s, 1H), 8.43 (d, 1H), 7.36-7.53 (m, 6H), 4.68 (m, 1H), 3.69 (m, 2H), 3.19-3.21 (m, 4H), 2.55 (m, 4H), 1.75-1.78 (m, 6H), 1.74 (d, 3H).
