TFA (2 ml) was added slowly to a stirred suspension of [2-(3-{3-[6-(4-Fluoro-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl]phenyl}ureido)-ethyl]carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (390 mg, 0.80 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (4 ml) at RT. After 1 hour the volatiles were removed in vacuo. The residue was taken up in MeOH and loaded on a SCX cartridge (20 g). Eluting with 2M NH3. MeOH and removal of the solvent in vacuo gave the title compound (155 mg) as a yellow solid.
