tert-Butyl-4-(3-{4-amino-6-[methyl(phenyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl}-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (Intermediate 106, 934 mg, 2.06 mmol) and 4M hydrogen chloride in 1,4-dioxane (5 mL) was combined in DCM (5 mL) at 0 C. The reaction was warmed to RT and left to stir for 18 h. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure to give title compound as a yellow solid (832 mg). Method B HPLC-MS: MH+ requires m/z=352 Found: m/z=353, Rt=1.23 min (100%).
