Prepare by the method of example 27.3.1 using 2-[3-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-benzoyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-ethyl-methanesulfonate (0.22 g, 0.42 mmol) and 4-phenyl-piperidine-4-carboxylic acid pyrrolidine-amide hydrochloride (0.13 mmol, 0.42 mmol). Chromatograph on silica gel eluting sequentially with 50% ethyl acetate/hexane, 2% methanol/dichloromethane, and then 4% methanol/dichloromethane to give the title compound: Rf =0.50 (silica gel, 6% methanol/dichloromethane). Exact Mass (FAB+): calculated for C38H46Cl2N3O5 calculated 694.2830. Found 694.2814.
