1H-NMR (CDCl3,ppm)δ: 1.42-1.86(17 H,m), 2.22-2.50(6 H,m), 3.09-3.19(7 H,m), 4.68(1 H,br), 7.54-7.70(3 H,m), 7.89-7.93(2 H,m) (2) 4-Methoxy-1-(4-phenylsulfonylbutyl)-4-tert-butoxycarbonylaminomethylpiperidine (2.58 g) and 15% hydrochloric acid-isopropyl alcohol (15 ml) were reacted and treated in the same manner as in Preparation Example 138(2) to give 2.2 g of 4-aminomethyl-4-methoxy-1-(4-phenylsulfonylbutyl)piperidine dihydrochloride.
