Reaction Steps
4-Amino-5-chloro-2-methoxy-N-(piperidin-4-ylmethyl)benzamide dihydrochloride (11.1 g) and N-(3-bromopropyl)phthalimide (8.0 g) were reacted and treated in the same manner as in Preparation Example 150 to give 7.7 g of 4-amino-5-chloro-N-(1-(3-(2,3-dihydro-1,3-dioxo-1 H-isoindol-2-yl)propyl)piperidin-4-ylmethyl)-2-methoxybenzamide.
