Following the general procedure of Example 2, 0.502 g of 6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,7-diamine from Example 83 was reacted with 0.206 mL of tert-butyl isocyanate. The product is purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a gradient of CHCl3 :EtOAc (98:2) to CHCl3 :EtOAc (1:2) to afford the title compound; mp 356°-358° C.
